Carrie’s journey began in 1991 with the study of energy medicine while seeking to assist in alleviating the health imbalances of her 2 children. This journey quickly became an exploration of self-healing and self-discovery. She now understands that healing below the symptom level is a transformational process involving one’s soul and higher wisdom rather than a focus on the body, mind, and spirit, alone.

Through her education and clinical experience of over 18 years, Carrie has integrated an extensive amount of knowledge of the body-mind relationships to pain, structural imbalances, disease, anxiety and depression. Carrie’s education includes a B.S. in Holistic Health and she is pursuing a Doctorate in Naturopathy. She has been enriched through the study and practice of over 15 different modalities, including the BodyTalk System™ where she was a Certified BodyTalk Instructor and Certified BodyTalk Practitioner.

She has studied with such notables as Drs. Caroline Myss, Medical Intuitive and best-selling author and Dr. Norman Shealy, Dr. John Thie, co-developer of Touch for Health, biophysicist and author James Oschman, PhD, Dr. Richard Bartlett, co-developer of Matrix Energetics™, Dr. John Veltheim, developer of BodyTalk System™, and Bill Bauman, PhD, spiritual teacher and Director of Center For Soulful Living.

Carrie brings her gifts of Ascension Light Matrix™ while she assists the transformation of imbalances, pain, stress, and limiting beliefs into higher consciousness, enhanced ability to heal and have a soulful connection to all of life. Carrie is an Ordained Minister with the Center For Soulful Living (MSL) and is certified as a Soulful Living Trainer and Mentor by the Center For Soulful Living.
